Shipping policy

Production time: every piece is handcrafted by Louis Krudo himself, to order, and ships within 12 weeks of payment; most ship in 8 to 10 weeks, and we always try to ship sooner. You will receive tracking by email when it ships.

Where we ship: within the United States only.

Cost: we ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx ground at the carrier's actual rate, insured for the full value of your piece. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

If your order is delayed: we will email you before the ship date with the reason, a new ship date, and two options: keep your order and receive 20% off your next order, or cancel for a full refund.

Damaged in shipping: email us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy (Orders, Cancellations, Returns & Ring Sizes).
