Refund policy

Every piece is designed and handcrafted by Louis Krudo himself, one at a time, after you order it. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Louis Krudo. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Orders ship within 12 weeks of payment; most ship in 8 to 10 weeks, and we always try to ship sooner. These policies apply to the original purchaser only.
Cancellations
You may cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Email info@louiskrudo.com with your order number. After 48 hours the creation process has started and your order cannot be cancelled.
If your order is delayed
If your order will not ship within 12 weeks, we will email you before that date with the reason, a new ship date, and two options: keep your order and receive 20% off your next order, or cancel for a full refund. If the new date is within 30 days and you do not reply, your order stays in production.
Returns
After the 48-hour cancellation window, all sales are final, except:
- Damaged in shipping: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, then return it. Once it arrives and is inspected, you receive a full refund, including your return shipping.
- Ring size: see Ring Sizes below.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of a cancellation or of our inspection of the return.
Ring Sizes
Every ring is made to the US ring size you select at checkout, and the size is checked twice before shipping. Sizes follow the standard US ring-size chart (for example, size 11 = 20.6 mm inside diameter). Wide bands fit more snugly than thin ones, so we recommend having your finger measured by a jeweler before ordering.
If your ring does not fit, email us, then return it insured with tracking. When it arrives, we record a video of the package being opened and the ring being measured.
- Ring matches the size you ordered: no refund. We can make it larger for a resizing fee, quoted by email before any work, plus shipping and insurance both ways. Rings cannot be made smaller; a smaller size requires a new ring at the current price. Otherwise we return the ring to you at your cost.
- Ring does not match the size you ordered: we remake it in the correct size at no charge and pay all shipping.
Repairs
Damage from wear or use, including drops, impacts, snagging, bent or broken prongs or bezels, chipped or lost stones, scratches and dents, is not covered. Email info@louiskrudo.com with photos and we will quote a repair if one is possible. You pay for the repair and insured shipping both ways.
Copper, oxidized and heat-colored finishes change color over time. This is natural and not a defect.
