How is Titanium Damascus made...the short explanation.

Titanium Damascus is a unique metal. It is a mixture of 2 to 3 different grades of titanium alloys which are stacked in layers of 50 up to 300 inside a metal box, then add an inert gas. At this point you heat the titanium layer to around 2192 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the desired temperature is reach to place the layer in a hydraulic press and add pressure to fuse the layers. 

Each forging of Titanium Damascus creates a unique pattern.

• The finish product may look slightly different then what you see in the picture.. This is because each pendant is individually hand crafted.
• From the hammered copper, the silver engraving to the Titanium Damascus inlay,  every piece is made and finish by hand one at the time, therefore each one is unique.
• Items are created upon order, which may take up to 8 to 10 weeks to ship.
