Every piece is subject to availability and is made with materials, textures, and finishes that are rugged by design. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service without notice.

While we aim to accurately represent all items, we do not guarantee that colors, finishes, or dimensions will appear exactly as seen on your screen. Variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are in USD and are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Once you place an order, that price is locked in.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and service level. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, and other unforeseen events.

We are not liable for:

  • Delivery delays once a package leaves our hands
  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Custom pieces, sale items, and final sale items are non-returnable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.

We reserve the right to deny any return that fails inspection or appears to be used, altered, or damaged.

7. MOBILE/SMS MARKETING

By opting in to SMS updates, you consent to receive text messages from us about order updates, promotions, and branded content. Message and data rates may apply.

  • You confirm that your content is your own, and does not infringe on any third-party rights

You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or in violation of any laws.

  • Arbitration will take place in North Carolina, USA
  • Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator
  • Class action lawsuits, jury trials, and other court proceedings are waived in favor of arbitration

This provision does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • War, terrorism, labor disputes
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or government restrictions
